Investing in the future of DC: A Leadership Paper
Early in his career as the Executive Director of the Downtown DC BID, Rich helped create and staff a companion organization called the Downtown Developers Roundtable. It was intended to create a forum through which major developers could share a common vision and engage collectively with the DC Government. Now simply dubbed The Developer Roundtable, the organization continues to serve a leadership role. In 2018, on behalf of the members, Rich helped produce “A Call for Action”, a document making the case for public investment in infrastructure in order to continue the economic success of the District for the purpose of providing funds for social equity and high quality public services.
